Improve prompt structure #72

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. The prompt is currently fairly cobbled together, and could certainly be improved to improve the responses the commentators generate.

Describe the solution you'd like OpenAI recently released this guide to prompt engineering. The premises outlined there should be applied to the prompt being generated for commentary.

It turns out there's nothing significant I could be doing to improve the prompt according to that guide. It's already structured surprisingly well. I'm sure there are small tweaks that could improve it overall, but for the time being, I'll leave it as is.
