Implement detection of session type so user can leave software running #18

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. At the moment, the user has to run the software when cars are gridding, to avoid the software starting its loop too early.

Describe the solution you'd like Ideally, the software should detect what type of session is currently happening, so it doesn't start running the software on qualifying green flag, for example. It would also be a good idea to have it capable of resetting if there are two races (heat racing).

A quick note: I realized in its current state, this will really only work with sessions that contain a single race. Heat racing will need more work to be supported, and support for that should obviously be added down the line.
