Sending 1 to green closes pits again, so sending at the line messes up races #20

Describe the bug When sending the x to green, if you send 1 to green at the line, people on the way into the pits get screwed over by the pits suddenly closing.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Pit when 1 to green is thrown

Expected behavior It would be better to throw it later on in the lap to avoid messing up pit strategies.
