Hi!

Can you show me part of the data file for each of the light curves please? I think this issue comes from where transitfit autodetects the normalisation ranges to use -- if your fluxes are <0, then there might be an issue with that.

okay, yeah the issue is gonna be the negative flux values. TransitFit automatically sets the normalisation limits between [1/f_max, 1/f_min], so having negative flux values in there will result in the error you've seen.

Normalisation is a multiplicative scaling, so something needs to be done to your data first, otherwise it just won't work. I would suggest either:

TransitFit should be able to take it from there.
