Add a way to store and restore previous settings at startup #31

Currently, every time Nocturnal is started, the user has to set the dimness and night shift strength.

This pull request fixes that by adding support for storing the dimness strength and night shift strength values and restores these values at app startup.

P.S. I've never worked with Swift before so forgive me if I've done something incorrectly. I'd be happy to make further changes.

@kPanesar Would love to test your build - but not sure if that is possible through GitHub (Im not a developer). Tried to track down your contact details but no email on your your website, and your LinkedIn acct doesn't exist. I followed you on twitter

@danielstonehouse Hey, I've since moved from macos to Windows and unfortunately don't have the build anymore. I don't have another mac machine either so I can't build it again using XCode. I use Twinkle Tray on Windows which has been working really well but is unfortunately not available on macos.

@joshjon @RayBB Can you please looking into merging this pull request?
