Please don't use "silverstripe" composer namespace #12

Your composer.json currently names the project silverstripe/tenon. The silverstripe namespace is de facto reserved for projects originating from the SilverStripe core team. As a rule of thumb, only projects on github.com/silverstripe or github.com/silverstripe-labs should use this namespace, to avoid confusion about ownership and maintenance commitments. Would you be able to change the namespace, e.g. to "govtnz" or "joshkosmala" please? I believe packagist let's you rename the repo without breaking installs, by using the replace option (https://getcomposer.org/doc/04-schema.md#replace)

Thanks Ingo, this was noted as a mistake at the instantiation of the project, was discussed with Cam but we wouldn't do it again.

It's on my to do list!
