GridFieldPaginatorWithShowAll class requirement? #4

Hi @joshkosmala @leighelse I note that the TenonAdmin uses a class called "GridFieldPaginatorWithShowAll" can you let me know which module this comes from? I'll make a pull request as this module needs to be a required dependancy of the tenon module in order for it to work correctly when installed via composer.

I've opened a pull request (PR) over at #5 - let me know if this is not the correct module fork and I can update.
