Create a template project that includes various subfolders for storing libraries, exported files, and other project files.

Project Folder ↳datasheets // component data sheets ↳gerber // final production files ↳images // SVG images and 3D board renders ↳pdf // schematics, board layouts, dimension drawings ↳libraries // symbols, footprints, and 3D model libraries ↳↳symbol // schematic symbols ↳↳footprint // schematic footprints ↳↳model // .STEP model files for all footprints

Created the project folder structure and first release. Would like to add more information to info.html as a README for the project
