https://gml.noaa.gov/grad/solcalc/ might be a good resource.

It seems unlikely that most people would want more astronomical data in a weather app than is already provided: https://www.weather.gov/fsd/twilight. Including a link to https://stellarium-web.org for curious users is a possibility.

While this would be easy to implement, curious users would likely already have a stargazing app of their choice. Also, there are far better resources for this than what I know about: Andrew Fraknoi et al., Astronomy, https://openstax.org/details/books/astronomy
