As a user, I want to configure the icons for this plugin, so I can customize it to my liking.

Add Telescope options for this extension
Add icon options for each entry type (harpoon, buffer, etc...)
Add clear documentation and example options for how to configure it to your liking
Allow user to opt-out entry types (ex: disable harpoon)
Make sure default fallbacks work when no options are set
