As a maintainer of an open-source project, I want a clear and helpful GitHub issue template, so that I quickly and easily help people that run into problems when using my project.

Create health check steps
- What font are you using?
- What version of tmux are you using?
- What version of tpm are you using?
- What version of yq are you using?
- What OS are you using?
- What are the contents of your tmux-nerd-font-window-name.yml file?

I was facing the same issue, but solved it using

tmux -u

alias tmux='tmux -u'

Not sure how this is related to this issue.

The -u forces UTF-8 support for tmux.
