Remove duplicate abilities #9

  1. Includes a bunch of abilities that were missed before because of weird formatting in the wiki (probably over 600 abilities).
  2. Update the auditor to check for duplicate abilities.
  3. Uses regular quotes instead of smart quotes in abilities & their names
  4. Removes a log in the webscraper that I forgot to remove before

Tests pass
