Adding onto this : Yeah I think it does. Futarchy in organisations. We could expand this to all company employees over experts too Lets say, pension/vacation policy. Basically instead of having a centralized decision making system, we can create an executive structure thats basically decentralized and defined by an internal company market

We could test this out by letting people take bets on the best medium to long-term business decisions. We could doucs on x,y or z in the next 3 months. We are unsure of which will raise the bottom line.
We open all three options to a betting market and people who consider themselves experts in a relevant field can bet that x will raise the bottom line bt a certain amount.
As a project, we can see what the market think is the best move. If we follow their advice and raise the bottom line then we pay out for the great advice. If we do x and it does work then we are insured because we get to keep all their money from the bet.
