I love this. Every time you mouseover it goes faster than before. So if you go back and forth a few times you can get it going really fast!

Speed is fast and, more importantly, it doesn't stop scrolling. And, if a user goes form the policy timeline to the chron timeline, the problem continues - it keeps scrolling w/o stopping.
