Long remark will be hidden and unable to see #1

If the remark is especially long(Medical records can get quite length) the remark will be hidden and does not wrap around back into the patient record box. Unable to find out how to read the entire remark.

Team's Response

Current behavior is inherited from AB3 and we had no reason to change it. It is up to the user to input only the information that is visible to him/her.
