Whether the data set is available for further research. Other wise could you please tell how to collect the data sets.

You can check out the paper on arxiv for information on how they collected and labeled the dataset. Basically, they used VirusTotal. FYI, it's only for non-commercial use and you need to contact them if you want to query more than 4 instances per minute.
