Compare with moderate SNR parallaxes. Will really only be useful for dwarfs.
Compare distances with the recent results from HER18 computed from @aceilers spectroscopic_parallax code.

Giant distances and basic log(g) values appear consistent between brutus and MINESweeper when both identify an object as a giant. Gearing up for a larger run over many more stars that should help to validate these results. Then comparing to HER18 and the other samples should be straightforward.

The previous run gave promising results, and we're now gearing up for an even larger run. This will likely be done as part of the paper, so I'm closing this.
