add external constraints option #45

Add in an option that can be passed to BruteForce that allows for additional constraints to be imposed on the input labels of the models from, e.g., spectroscopy.

@rohannaidu, let me know if the most recent commit does what you want. I'm also happy to add in similar support for adding these constraints into the corner plot functionality too.
