Possible Bug : Default "New Message" flashing redmine restart #14
Every time we restart our apache/redmine service, all users get a "New Message" alarm on their browsers windows, altough any message has bee written by someone.
The plugins seems to "default" flash the browsers tab after web server restart.

Its a "reboot warning messages .. lol
