I was able to add some animations to the loading bar and Scss was used for this project. These were recommended for use on the frontend mentor challenge page.

Kindly take note of these things and make the neccessary changes before your PR is merged.

Folder Structure: Create a style folder: this is where you have your sass folder and css folder
Populate individual folder with its respective files. i.e index.css and base.scss goes to css folder and sass folder respectively
