Start thinking about how we can use ONS data #35

Lots of data avaliable on ONS website - both directly related to COVID19, and more generally in terms of e.g. socio-economic impacts. A lot of this data has some delay re when it's released, so suggest we start thinking about how we can use this data when it becomes available.
