UG Bug - Incorrect instructions for creating a Medical Certificate in UG #3

As shown above, the UG specifies that the field of Medical Condition is an optional field when creating a Medical Certificate.

However, when attempting to create a Medical Certificate in the program without this optional field, an error is thrown. Moreover, there is a prompt specifying that the Medical Condition is instead a necessary field, directly contradicting what was stated in the UG.

It appears that the user did not review the user guide in detail. The user guide explicitly mentions that when using the GUI/Button method to create a new appointment, it is necessary to input the medical condition. Therefore, it is important for users to carefully review the user guide and follow the instructions provided to ensure that they can use MediMate effectively and efficiently.
