1. What is the technical error you are experiencing?
when trying to launch the portal, it freezes on 'please wait' and can only exit
2. What steps will reproduce the problem?
removing and re adding Navi X, re downloading zip file removing and readding
XBMC
3. What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The expected output is portal to launch, instead I see 'please wai
4. What version number of Navi-X are you using?
3.7.8
5. What media center platform, version and operating system are you using?
XBMC 12.3 Windows 7 Ultimate SP 1
