I don't understand how to use this! 
All i get is a command line from the downloaded file. There movies are terrible 
for using this.

I suggest that you read the Wikis at

Hello Update Engine video at http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=x2m_poXQYMY, then 
if you have some specific
