What is the CSV file format? #3

More of a question...

What is the supported format of the CSV file? Is it configurable at all?

I select a CSV file that was generated by the iPhone app CashFlowFree and I
get the message 'CSV files in this format are not supported.' I can't find
any documentation about what format is supported. Perhaps this could be
added as a wiki page?

The plugin uses predefined formats, because in some cases it is not as simple as
mapping a column to a particular field in Moneydance. The front page of the 
plugin at
http://code.google.com/p/mdcsvimporter/ actually states that currently supported
formats are CITI Bank Canada and ING The Netherlands. It also states that 
adding new
formats is quite easy for me, and all I need a one or few sample files. You can 
of
course edit them to remove any personal information. I am quite open to adding 
new
formats to the plugin.
