Connect to non default MySQL port

Just a request for API_MySQL to add the ability to connect to a non default 
port (so, other than 3306) of a MySQL server.

Commited in r1008. Are you able to build the MySQL module yourself, or do you 
want a pre-build windows dll?

the port can be now specified in the "host" field, e.g. "localhost:3307"
