Puppet 4 Support #44

Start a list of things that need to be done to support Puppet 4. Puppet 4 tests are now being executed by Travis, but failures are being ignored until support is added.

Is this still lacking puppet 4 support?

I haven't personally tested it in Puppet 4, so I cannot be sure. If you would like to test and report back, it would be helpful! The Puppet4 CI tests are passing, though.
