Implement the functionality needed to avoid reloading the lineup in the following scenarios:

[x] Loading a new page to the end of the lineup
[x] Moving a page around in the lineup (should only refresh the page moved and those following it)

Any others?

Looks like a4898d012415ecda0e7e7a2cdcd3bd9e78570e2c fixed both. Closing this issue.
