When going to a user visible page for a site that doesn't exist, show a user friendly error page.

This is the page shown when going to / or /index.html for a site that is not registered. The page is intentionally vague to not reveal too much information about what is running on the server.

To get additional information, pass --allow-disclosure when starting the server.

If there are registered sites for the server, this message will be displayed with the list of sites.

If there are no registered sites, this is the warning that will be displayed.
