Add a gear button on playlist row for advanced features #10

Add a gear button that will be an advanced feature menu. Perhaps it only appears when hovering over the row. Then it can have some advanced features like:

Add external media (pulls up file browser to make it easier)
Add reference (displays dialog box that receives publication/chapter and then lets you select the cues you want from a list)
