Minor Fixes to "Study Materials" wizard

A few quirky things that could be improved:

[x] If you specify a range of paragraphs, it is ignoring that. Make it so that you can say "bhs 13:1-10" and it will only select that range.
[x] It is using the raw cue names, which aren't as pretty. Could we make the playlist row text look prettier like the previous version?
[x] It doesn't automatically include opening scripture on WT. It'd be nice to write something to enable that.
