Disables author archives and related sitemap with filters to provide custom post type support. Includes some other refactoring for v0.5.0 and updates to the User screen: replacing the "Posts" column with a similar "Pages" column, with support to add custom post types in a similar fashion where they are supported on the author archives via the filter.
