I have the i3-1215U non-pro-version of Galaxy Book 2 and the speakers/sound works out of the box on Ubuntu 23.04.
Is there any log or similar I can dump here that would help other Galaxy book users?
On the other hand, the "Galaxy book 2 non-pro 750x i3-version" has its own host of problems, going frantically in and out of sleep during the install process - due to a bug that detects lid closing/opening all the time.
I solved this by booting into a Ubuntu live session via USB, closing the lid and opening until i got a "stable" session - then running the install. When you have a stable install, this fix can be applied to permanently fix the problem:
