This is two parts. First, public documentation those who want to use snooze, which would require an API reference and a tutorial at the minimum. This will be found on the wiki.

Second, comments and contributing guidelines for those who want (or need) to modify and improve snooze.

Will we really provide a style guide? Most frameworks just say follow what you see being used in the code.
