Ability reminders per phase/action #31

Need a list of all abilities for a player from various sources like race abilities, tech, etc listed per phase or action step (combat abilities) for easy reference. This should help with forgetting abilities during the game.

Possibly have a way to remind players about racial abilities and where in the Phase/Turn they occur.

Maybe as buttons of the phase/step that has a pop up of reminders of what you can do during this part of your turn. Weather it's technology or reaction in battle.

The other feedback item I want to drive home is the tech tree... these are always complex but it's worth the effort. I want an easy way to keep track of ALL that tech and if this is an app or something that I can use on a tablet I want to be able to pinch zoom and see where I'm going and what gets effected by this.
