There is no mention that recipe names are case sensitive and can lead to users creating the same recipe with different capitalization and not realizing it, especially if they have a lot of recipes

As recipe names are command arguments in the recipe new command, and since command arguments are case-sensitive as mentioned in the notes of Features:

therefore recipe names are case-sensitive.
