Updating README.markdown #9

Hey, I just made a couple of changes to the README.markdown file that had confused me when attempting to use this plugin:

  1. The install instructions had said to clone from git://github.com/parolkar/cartographer.git, and not git clone git://github.com/joshuamiller/cartographer.git. The former is stale and doesn't have the most up-to-date code, causing problems.
  2. Added missing div tags in the sample view code.

Hey, thanks for the pull request -- I used the <div> in the view code example, but was updating a lot more in the install instructions, so rewrote all that anyway.
