Missing module venue #15

Some modules have missing module venues, perhaps the group can consider indicating this information in list command as well?

Venue is not shown when venue is not available.

Reason for disagreement: The program shows a venue line if the venue is available. What I mean is that the group can always include a line for the venue even if the venue information is not available. In this case, the venue line will simply indicate that the venue information is not available. That being said, this issue may be out of scope.
