Reason for disagreement: I agree with the team that this might not be a bug. The group can consider putting this as NotInScope.

From the CS2113 website, "if the feature is implemented to work in a certain way but it could have been implemented to work in a better way (from the end-user's point of view) without much additional effort". The group can add a duplicate check which should not require much effort.
