Their Response to the 'Original' Bug

[This is the team's response to the above 'original' bug]

Format is standardised across the DG. The boxes are part of standard uml notation to provide clarity and structure.

 Issue duplicate status

Team chose to mark this issue as a duplicate of another issue (as explained in the Team's response above)

Reason for disagreement: The other issue is talking about the additional header on top which I also mentioned in a separate issue. This issue is referring to the grey boxes themselves. I can see why the team may view this as duplicate since the grey boxes may be there because of the additional header. There is contention as to whether this is actually the case though.

 Issue response

Team chose [response.Rejected]

Reason for disagreement: As mentioned in the other issue that was flagged as duplicate (referring to the issue about additional header), the fact that the format is standardised across the DG does not make it a standard notation for a UML diagram. Perhaps I have a different understanding but I do not remember that the grey boxes are "part of standard uml notation to provide clarity and structure".
