Don't run all the tests whenever I change a README file.
Maybe there's a way to use dorny/paths-filter in the workflow to selectively run the tests.
Even though all the tests run concurrently so it's not that big of a deal, it makes me kinda mad seeing so many unnecessary jobs being run.
