[lamdera] Deprecate #55

Using the lamdera NPM package is much easier, and most Elm applications using Lamdera use npm anyway (e.g. elm-pages)

Now that I've rethought of it, there are enough reasons to use lamdera by itself. I think I'll keep this feature around.
