Changed arguments in getContacts to match iOS
Called searchContacts from getContacts to match iOS
Add searchContacts to match iOS (note, currently does not search, only returns all)
Add fullName to Android to match iOS
Add Android installation instructions
Move Android permissions into Java to match iOS
