fixed missing parameter to createdb define
fixed missing path in exec, no idea how it worked until now. At least it is fixed now ;)

This appears to be what I need to fix for the issue I submitted. I hadn't seen this beforehand. Any idea when this can be merged?

I pointed my Puppetfile at aperto:master and his proposed fixes worked in my RHEL 6.5 distro, correcting the problem with "Must pass user" to createdb.
