Added a LICENSE file to harmonize with Github repo conventions.

Sure, but the source code is hosted on GitHub and a github suggests you include a LICENSE file in your repository. See

Other CRAN packages follow this convention. See -

https://github.com/business-science/tidyquant

and

https://github.com/tidyverse/tidyverse

It just makes the license more easily discoverable, which allows programmers to figure out how to use the code without bothering the repo owner.
