Added function reqMatchingSymbols that searches all available symbols… #34

Implemented the reqMatchingSymbols call. It returns a dataframe with the matched symbols and details. see https://interactivebrokers.github.io/tws-api/matching_symbols.html Hope you find it useful to merge, I've tried to add a manual page as well.

Had a bug fix and opened a new PR#36

Oh, okay. Next time you can keep it in the same PR. Just push another commit to fix the bug. That will keep all the commits relevant to this change in one place.
