Update Bid & Ask fields to handle missing entries #302

Similar to Vol & OI changes implemented previously. There are requests that are failing due to the bid & ask fields not having any info. This change solves.

Wow, I'm sorry I took so long to merge this! I saw it as I was preparing the next release, so it will be on CRAN soon.
