Support for line width argument #347

It would be nice to include an argument to set the line width for the indicators. Quantmod is an amazing package, congrats!

Thanks for the suggestion and kind words! Is your suggestion for chartSeries() or chart_Series()? (or both?)

I was thinking first in chartSeries() as is the function I use the most. Thanks.
