add run instructions to Readme and fix requirements

I have started to look into how the system gets run, fixed a missing entry for requirements.txt, but then it does some weird API key handling and some Wordpress stuff in the app.py. Neither of those is documented.

I will add this, however I'm in the process of massively refactoring and rebuilding the web interface. I think the current wordpress theme and article images are very weak, so I'm moving everything over to Flask. Thank you for your interest, I'll update you when the new system is ready :)

That is good to here, although I hope you keep the pixelated style for the images, I like that a lot, they feel quite refreshing and clean.+)
