Warn when importing maps with mod requirements #35

MappingExtension maps aren't correctly viewable in Beatmapper. I should still allow folks to import (maybe they just want to see the lighting), but whenever there's an extension dependency, I should warn that Beatmapper isn't set up to deal with mods.

Meh, we're starting to support prominent mods :D
